OMG--If it is in the fall I would be doing kettle corn and hot cider...or perhaps you could find a nursery that would give you a deal on some big potted mums (you sell them and hold them for pick up). How about a "stroller rental"....so many folks head out and wish they'd brought one and i'm sure you could get a bunch for use--(just gotta clean em before and after)....

Our town does an annual festival in the Borough Park. It's filled with craft, food and various booths. Many of the local groups (scouts, sports teams, etc) have booths selling drinks and hot dogs, etc.

Our PTO wants to have a booth this year to get some info out and make some money at the same time.

Our idea was to offer a bag and coat check, but the Festival Board denied it due to liablility concerns.

We'd like some origional so we don't blend in to what the other groups are doing and are brain dead for what we can do that won't add up in costs for supplies...

Any ideas???
