Thanks for the lead. We were thinking of doing an family outdoor picnic and games at a relatively low cost as a fun end of the year event where parents can actually participate with their families versus cooking and serving food. We'll see if the idea passes the general group.

If you are where i thik you are, it should be in your out lying neigborhood. There may be a contact for you at the greenfield city hall, they do a lot of street fairs throughout the summer and I have seen them there.
