I would also maybe do some games. I've hosted crops in the past and found it helps break up the day. Those that want to attend do and those that don't just keep working. You can have them tally and who ever completes the most pages (start to finish) at your crop wins something. You can also give them all the same items in a ziploc (like feathers, paper, embelishments, etc.) and then they have a certain amount of time to make a crazy hat or something like that. That's all I can remember right now. Google scrapbook swap game ideas and you sould come across some good ideas. Have you checked on Yahoogroups to see if there's a scrapbooking group in your area? You can contact the list owner and see if you can post on their group and maybe you can get more people to attend. Will any of your local craft or scrapbook stores let you have flyers available to advertise? Since it's a charity event they might let you.

Hope this helps,
Holly

I am hosting a scrapbook fundraiser next weekend and the participation is very low. We are not cancelling because most stuff was donated and I have quite a few prizes to give away.

I don't expect to make a ton of money of the raffles with only 7 people coming. How can I make it more fun for the people that are coming than just selling tickets and calling numbers.

Should a just sell like a $5 ticket and then you are entered to win any of the prizes? I need some ideas if anyone can help!
