It's a good idea to shop around, but do be aware you should never make an award based strictly on price. Certainly it's one of the most important components - but be sure you are reviewing the offers and selecting based on "best value". Someone who low balls the price and then uses inferior products or fails to deliver on time is no bargain.

Actually it is for our walk a thon coming up. We are asking local companies to place sealed bids for the printing of the Tshirts. Thanks

Would that be a donation letter - as in soliciting a donation from a company OR are you having companies bid to do a project, etc??
