I would do a web search, I found a few forms on line, i would suggest 2 things one: figure out amount of your bid raise value of item/number of steps to get to value and have people sign there name next to it, there is nothing worse than being out bid by 25 cents AND I have been working school auctions for 5 years ( I now get paid for it) we have been doing a buy it now price, most things have a BIN of 200% of the fair market value. Some items get tweaked, sports tickets for one and items with a low value like principal for a day. This works well as people can sign their name to an item they really want, most (all places would be happy to get 2x retail value) and you will not sell so many thngs that there is nothing to bid on. it ill make the bid rise higher 200% value/ number of rise steps I like 24 it fits well on an 81/2 x 11 sheet, there is room for the item name and desrption at the top and it is large enough to read in a low light setting.

HI - Our school is in need of some new forms for the silent auction bidding process. I don't want to recreate something somebody else has already done. Would you be willing to send me your forms? This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.
