We use them and I would highly recommend them. They were the only company that I found that took Epson, even though they have a specific policy on turning them in. I find the staff extremely helpful, they have a quick turn around if you want cash not points. They supply the boxes and shipping labels. It basically runs itself. They also have lots of promotions where we have received 5 Gift Cards by turning in items. I bet there are companies out there that might give you more $$ for your items but I would not switch because of the service and supplies.

Does anyone use Funding Factory for their ink jet and cell phone recycling program? We are considering switching to them. They also provide "Homework" pages for teachers and that appeals to us as well.
