We would like to establish a seperate PTO to support our graduating class within one school. The funds raised will be used for educational purposes (i.e. additional field trips) and graduation related events (i.e. D.A.R.E. graduation party and materials, graduation party). According to PTA the events run by a PTA must benefit the entire student body not specific students. Is it possible to establish a PTO for just one grade?
