We are considering changing from PTA to PTO. Would it be legal or acceptable to use are PTA funds to run our regular events next year and don't fundraise as a PTA. Stay a PTA for next year. Have a PTO start fundraising so the following year we can go as PTO and not get any kind of penalty from PTA because we will use all our funds up next year and not fundraise as a PTA?
