I have a one page Excel worksheet that highlights some of the differences (not necessarily pros and cons) between the two types of organizations that I would be happy to share with you. It is specific to my state and a little out of date, but you should be able to update it without too much effort. Just email me back (click on my profile to get to me) and I'll send it to you.
