Our district has a Parent Involvement Facilitator. Her job discription is to assist parents and PTO's with involvement ideas and programs. She also hosts parenting classes, provides handouts, newsletters and has a parenting library. She provides info on conferences as well. She meets with schools several times a year and also facilitates quarterly district involvement meetings that have reps from each schools PTO. I hope this helps!
