Welcome to Summer Vacation! We always give year-end teacher gifts. I've done potted plants, homemade baked goods with a Starbuck's Gift Certificate, and a host of other things. This year both kids wrote a "Thank-You" note to their teacher, saying what they liked best about their school year and drawing a picture on the cover. I included a picture of each child with their teacher and a $10.00 Target Gift Card for them to use on theirselves or for their classroom. They absolutely loved it!
I'd like to know what gifts went over well with your teachers. I'll need a great "Welcome Back" gift for the kids in September (Tissues, yellow pencils and Lysol Wipes are getting old).
