www.scholastic.com is free and easy to use. Actually, the school is suppose to provide free webspace for parent organizations. You should check into that.

I went through our school district's tech director and he helped me created a generic email account as well as helped me create a website -under constructions currently-using their servers. Might be a start.

i use freeservers. com, they are very easy to navigate and can be free if you dont mind ads on your pages, if not it is aobut 30 dollars a year.
