you can also do a general search for PTO Bylaws and get a lot of sites that way. I've searched 100's of other PTO's sites reading bylaws.

We need help with bylaws. Is there a general outline to start from? We are trying to revise our PTO. We also are trying to find out about tax exemption laws.

Any help would be nice.
