Stpeters--there is another string here that is discussing newsletters with some site information so pop onto that one for more guidance or feel free to look at our website at brentpto.com and click on the newsletter tab to see our newsletters. The reproduction is the most challenging aspect of things but with a bit of determination and a good xerox brigade you can make it work.

ps--this is an old post and our Jingle Bell Jog is in its third year. The children just love it. d

Miggy--how kind of you and thanks. We're very proud of the site and the newsletter and thank goodness for all the talents of our ladies. We're only a year old and almost fell apart last year so I'm glad that we've pulled it all together. As to the JJJog. We have our holiday shoppe after school so we wanted to entice the children back in. After school the kids that sign up will be dismissed to the activity room and broken down into age groups. Then they will receive jingle bell bracelets and get a class group photo done. After that they will be released (youngest first) to run one lap around the building. We will position cars with Christmas caroles playing and parents with bells ringing and cheering them on. As they return to the Activity Room we'll be waiting with Christmas cookies and milk and prepared letters to Santa for them to write. And hopefully they will wish off to the Santa shoppe with their parents to shop. Hope it works ....d

Dianna,
All I can say is "WOW!!!!" Your PTO website is AWESOME!! You sure have it all together! I've seen so much of your hard work on this site and you are so willing to share, it's inspiring! Our school is a very small Catholic school with only 150 kids total. It's somewhat aggravating in that I feel the Catholic church is one of the richest organizations in the world and we constantly struggle for things at our school. We're not even close to you guys but your work is inspiring none-the-less. Thanks for the ideas!
