I've used PrintMaster by Broderbund (also the makers of Print Shop). I have the 12th addition, no telling what edition it is in now but you can update it on the web. I paid $10 for it at Wal Mart. I mostly use it for flyers and invites.
I do our newletter in Word. I just put things in text boxes, including clip art and pictures. I work on several computers and not all have Publisher, but all of them have Word.
Microsoft Publisher, maybe. Its one of MS Offices Premier Appz.
It has layouts/ templates for just about any brochure, newsletter, flyer, pamplet and media.
Its a great program, especially if used with othe MS Office products ( Cant believe I'm actually recommending one of "Dr Bill Evil Gates" appz. I actually like most MS products, just hate that he's a $$$ grubing monopoly)
