Companies that give incentives/rewards for reading?

In our area (PA), Commerce Bank gives out a summer reading list of 10 books to kids who have accounts there (or whose parents have accounts). If the kids bring the list back with the titles checked, the bank puts $10 in the account.

I haven't done this yet, but I intend to get a list for my son this summer!

Barnes & Noble is doing something where if a child reads 8 books and writes a summary with a parent signing off on it, they get a free book.

The irony of commitment is that it’s deeply liberating-in work, in play, in love. The act frees you from the tyranny of your internal critic, from the fear that likes to dress itself up and parade around as rational hesitation. To commit is to remove your head as the barrier to your life. --Anne Morris

Looking for more ideas for a summer reading program. Example: Round Table gives out achievement awards for reading and the kids get a certificate and a free personal pizza.

Other suggestions?
