Could you organize some sort of surprise party for her, either at the school or in someone's home? Something that would get the teachers and the parents together to show their appreciation.

I received a very nice plaque and the board and some other volunteers went together and got me a manicure session from a local shop. My first manicure ever. It was very nice. Wow five years, sounds like she could use a full spa experience.

Our President is stepping down after a long 5 years. She has done an awsome job. A little history. Our PTO was a gab session to talk about the teacher until she stepped in. The teachers now are a big part of our PTO, we have great Parent involvement. We have really come along in the past 5 years. We would like to do something special, ANY IDEAS?
