If you post a message to a thread and later wish you had worded something differently or maybe accidentally posted it twice, you can go in and edit your message or even delete it.
You do need to have to have posted as a logged-on user. Just click on the edit icon (looks like a piece of paper with a pencil) on YOUR message.
Once in the "Edit Post" screen, you can make changes. Or - if it's a duplicate you want to get rid of - there's a checkbox at the top for "delete post".
