I would love any suggestions on how to get started. I am a parent and part-time prek teacher for a private christian school. They currently do not have a PTO but I have been approached by the principal in starting one.
I have no experience in PTA's and have never been to a meeting so I dont know really what I am getting myself into.
My ultimate vision is to be a mediator between parents & the teacher with questions or concerns either have regarding the kids. 2nd to help organize fundraisers and parent volunteers etc... How do I start to get all this in place??
Whats my 1st steps?
