This borders on advertising, but I'll take the risk because I found this company to be so helpful in setting up my group's website. If I can help someone out there thinking about setting up a website I'd like to. It's called Homestead, and they have VERY easy to use software (basically clip and drag), and when I signed on they had a thirty day free trial to sample it (I think they still have it but I don't know off the top of my head). It's not free, but if you're a nonprofit they'll cut you a 10% discount of any of the packages you choose.
