We use job shadowing in an (adult) leadership program I co-host. In our case, the class participant is paired with an Executive in his/her field at a different institution. The participant spends an entire day with the Executive. It's not called "mentoring" because the relationship isn't long-term.

3. Are you interested in knowing how to provide more of these opportunities to your children?
