We have the option of being reimbursed for mileage at the .37 1/2 per mile (at the state level). Some put in for the reimbursement, others don't but if you do, you need to have a record of the mileage. And it has to be mileage put on due to work related to PTA. Most of us rarely put in for the mileage though and we also have the option of "donating" it back to the org.

Hi, has any PTA ever paid for a tank of gas for the year for a board member who most likely does most of the leg work for running and getting supplies for all the functions and etc...
