I just started searching for freebies.. i did find a few, FEMA has a list of things like coloring books and story books that are free as well as more adult related items. Check with the police/fire stations as well as hospitals, they tend to have stuff as well.

if you give me a week, i can have the total of the committee notes for places for freebies but that is just where i started not to mention the local businesses that I started contacting yesterday
