TRY GETTING A LETTER AND ASKING AREA SUPERMARKETS AND SUCH TO ASSIST WITH DONATING 5 FROM EACH STORE AND THEN PURCHASE THE REST AT A DISCOUNT STORE POSSIBLY.. BUT BE SURE THAT YOU GET THE CHEAPY ONES THEY WORK JUST AS WELL! HOPE THIS HELPS.

We've used the Kodak disposable cameras for two years now and for some reason about 70% of our pictures just didn't turn out well. Other parents used store brand, Fuji, etc and they seemed to turn out better. WalMart does have an excellent developing company and they are very inexpensive. Example: our local Walgreen's (who gives school's a tax break on photofinishing) still couldn;t compare to Walmart. Walgreens for 1 set wanted $8.49 for a disposable (w/27 pics) where I could get a double set at Walmart with the same camera for 4.94 + tax. A single set in my area WalMart is $2.97.
Just thought I'd put in my .02 worth. :D

Has anyone gotten any cameras from the above Fuji link? I LOVE free stuff, but after reading theier requirements, I can't figure out what would qualify under their guidelines. Any ideas?

check this link, Fuji give out quicksnaps for programs. I applied last year but was turned down because I actually didn't ask for enough cameras. I asked for 54, and didn't qualify, but I'm sure 300 would probably be considered.

Last year we gave each of our teachers one for classroom use and we got a pretty good deal at Walmart(lowest price and they gave us a gift card to apply toward the purchase). I would be tempted to contact one of the camera companies directly and see if they could make you a deal for a quantity that big or maybe contact several stores that sell them and see if they would give you a bargain price on the ones that are nearing expiration.

Hey Rocky, watch me pull a rabbit out of my hat.

The PTO is looking into getting disposable cameras for the 8th grade boat trip. We will need about 300. Does anyone know where to get these at a good price? Thanks
