I forgot to add......You have to request it earlier in the year because they only allow so much total and if they have exceeded it your out of luck....we did that last year

Our school has a contract with Pepsi also. I don't know any details to it other then for our Spring Carnival, I basically let them know how much pop (This year 60idh cases) we need and we get it free. So I love it!

Our school's kitchen has a contract with Pepsi SO nothing BUT Pepsi. We were even "razed" about store brands and Coke products that were donated for a teacher luncheon! From what I understand the school gets a "kick-back" from the vending machines so that's the reasoning. That's fine with me, I just wish if they wanted us to serve ONLY Pepsi that a donation would be easier to recieve!

I was told that our district had a contract with the RC company(I found out later this wasn't true) and because of this we could not purchase anything that was not RC products. If Cokes or Pepsi or other products were donated to us by local stores and individuals we could sell them for a profit but that was not encouraged.

Our district has signed a "pouring rights" contract with Coke, and the terms of the contract obligate everyone who uses any of the buildings. Our problem is that they don't seem to want to let us see the contract, so we are not sure what we can and can't do, and we get contradictory information from the principal, district business manager, etc. Has anyone else ever dealt with this? Any help would be appreciated.
