Most PTO bylaws have their mission statement as one of the articles. Check the bylaws section in the useful resources link or just do a search for PTO bylaws. Most mission statements refer to improving home/school communication, enhancing students education experience, etc.

I have been asked to put together a mission statement for our PTO - We have about 380 students in this elementary school. Does anyone have a link or know their mission statement - I'd like to have something to start with. Thanks.
