I'm a new PTO pres. and just received my 1st copy of PTO today...what a useful tool! It made me feel more confident about my organizational skills, because I'm already doing a lot of the things the "pros" suggested. It also gave me great ideas of ways to improve. My first PTO meeting is tomorrow night...thanks to all of the great tips offered, I now feel sure it will be a success. (but I'm making homemade cookies to bring..just in case)
