I went to RI Novelty. They are charging 9.95 per dozen for the hats. We used them for our Harvest festival and saved a bundle on the prizes for games. Plus, they are only an half an hour away and we were able to drive there, which also saved us on shipping. Quick and very friendly, too.

Shawna-I have also been looking for Dr. Seuss hats and haven't found them any cheaper than that. although I read about a school making them in art class with construction paper...which is the way we are planning on going. WE are having volunteers come in and help with them because there are so many to do ! If you find them cheaper let me know !

We are looking for Dr Seuss hats to purchase then sell to the students. We have heard a rumor that some where out there we can get the hats for .99. The cheapest we have found is 2.99. If any one can help, please do.
