One way we are raising some extra income without doing any real extra work is we are promoting the heck out of the programs and events that generate income. We have flyers and posters on the school entrance hall wall, we put in articles in our PTA newsletter, we put in articles in our local newspaper and we also cover income generated programs and events on our PTA website. I know that with just a little bit of our effort on our part it can add up, and every little bit helps. Also all of our flyers going out always say "Sponsored by ...PTA" We have found it really helps to promote ourselves and all that we do. Teachers and parents both have commented that they didn't know before how much we do until now. [img]smile.gif[/img]
