Our school secretary takes care of this and uses Quattro Pro. When programmed correctly it adds all of the hours up correctly. Also, our volunteers must sign in on a sign in sheet in the office. If you don't sign in and out, your hours do not count. You have until the end of the month to record any hours you may have forgotten to log in. After the month is over, those are lost hours.

Does anybody have a free volunteer tracking program that is available to PTAs and PTOs?

We had an old DOS program but it no longer works and the parent who wrote it has moved on. We are looking a program that works with one or more of the following operating systems Windows 95, 98, ME, NT, 2000.
