Are you doing this as a PTO? Our county has an education foundation and it is totally separate from the PTO's/PTA's in the county. It is called Cabarrus County Education Foundation (Concord, NC). I'm not sure if there is any information on-line about it, but you could try the Cabarrus County School webpage...might have information for you there. Good Luck!
