Just as our children don't come with manuals (I wish!) when we get stuck we talk to....yep, everyone we can to get their thoughts and ideas! I truely value my friendship with a former President and other members I can call on to say H E L P!!!! Also this is a great place (Thank You TIM!!) to 'pick the brain' of several parents!
If you need help with running a meeting, there are several books on parlimemary stuff, I went to a city council meeting to see how a nice adjenda looks, a meeting should be ran...it was boring but very helpful.
In all honesty, do you think this site would exisit if there was a manual! HAHAHA I probably wouldn't call my Mom as much for the kids either!

Please don't feel you are THE only one out there, and just drop a line when you get stuck. Hang in there!
