Using PTO Manager for School Directory

I believe to make the school directory you go into reports select students then hit search. Everyone who selected that they wanted to be included in the school directory will be pulled up on a list. Then you can save the list to your computer.

Does anyone use this program to create the student directory for thier school? If so how do you do it?
This will be the second year we've used this software and the first year we really push the parents to get involved with setting their info up. Last year we started it after the beginning of the year so we sent home fliers and I collected the info and entered it myself. THis year we are going to send the link home for parents to go online and do it.
Our diredtory chairperson resigned at the end of last year, so it would be perfect if we could get this working well enough to do it with PTO Manager and eliminate the need for the time consuming position of entering all the names by hand and checking to see who wants to be in it and who does not.
Ideas, Suggestions, HELP?
