Our teachers pay dues as well. Since all of our dues go into a "building" fund to keep the building looking spiffy; we consider it their contribution to enhance their workplace and show their support for the team. We are "sponsoring" our brand new first time ever teachers because they don't get paid till October but I will probably personally do that.

I was just wondering if any other PTO groups have their teachers pay dues? I was shocked that at my daughter's school they do. I was trying to find some guidelines about that somewhere. Any ideas?
