Hi,

The student report is built specifically to help with creating a directory. If you run that report and then choose to "save it to your computer", you will have all student data and corresponding teacher info as well as parent info. The only people who won't show up on this report are people who have asked "not to be included in the directory".

What's the easy way to build a directory using PTO Manager?

Searching for all from the Find Volunteers page does not produce names of students and classrooms!
