If your treasurer can't see the Finance Manager tab or can't seem to be able to "write" anything they might have the wrong permission level. To make sure they have the right permission level follow the steps below

1. Go to the Set-up Tab
2. Select Users and User Permissions
3. Ensure that your treasurer or whoever you want to have read/write access is given "Treasurer" permissions under Finance Permissions column
