I can email you the flyer we used, if you like. It's primarily a promotional flyer to get people excited about the new software.

Glad you like the program! Creating a letter/flyer like you mention is on our list for this summer. I too would be very interested to see if any of our users have created something like this. There is something in our bonus tools section Manager Information that you might find helpful - but it has not been updated for 2.0.

Hello all,

Our school has just started to use the PTO Manger and I am so STOKED! I would like to include a flyer in our Back to School Packet explaining what the PTO Manger software is and quick overview of how to sign up as a volunteer. I’ve gone thru the message boards and the help letters and can not find anything like this.
