You can control the web address that your volunteers visit to login into your site. In the yellow Set-up tab choose the "school" button. The field labeled "domain prefix" controls the web address your volunteers can use to login.
So if the domain prefix is "ABC" you would tell your volunteers to go to www.ABC.ptomanager.com. If the domain prefix is "Mike", your volunteers would go to www.Mike.ptomanager.com. You can change the domain prefix to anything you like. If you change it to one that is already taken, you will get an error message.

I have been testing out PTO Manager this week and I have to say it is GREAT. I really think it will make a difference for our group. One area that confuses me a bit is what web address I should put on my beginning of the year volunteer survey so that our volunteers can put their information directly into Volunteer Builder.
