I like "P.T. Expo." I wished I could be that creative.

I'm not proposing anything unique, so don't count this towards the prize...

AJ's on the right track. A vendor show is pretty commonly known as an "Expo". Whatever you do, I'd keep your name in it. However, I also like "Faire" and "Showcase". Very simple, but here's mine in order of preference:

PTO Today Vendor Expo
PTO Today Vendor Showcase
PTO Today Vendor Faire

If you want to go with a more flowery show name, you could use one of those for the subtitle, like:

Parent Group Resources
A PTO Today Vendor Expo

Our vendor show where I work is called the "Power to Purchase Expo".

"P.T.Expo"
