I did check with the smart people, and I'm told system is working OK. If you're amid the registration process, then the system checks if your school is an active NPN school and displays prices accordingly.

In other words, there's no way to look around at other price options while you're in the middle of registering. But all the price options are visible always at the link i provided above.
