It would be great to meet up with you. I'll let you know as soon as I know our exact plans. Right now things are so bad at our schools. I think this will be a good way to get re-energized and ready to go on fighting.

I also am the VP and there are 4 of us going to Chicago. Where are you coming from? We are going to try to meet up with some other people at the pool in the evening, thursday or Friday. when will you be arriving?

I can't wait to get to Chicago. I'm excited to hear that some of you will be there. This is my first year with the PTO. My oldest child is in K and I'm the VP (does this tell you how sad things are at our school?). I was very involved in everything when I was in school and my favorite times were always state and national conventions.
There are 3 of us attending, I can't wait.

There are four of us going to the Mass. show, and yes we are staying over. We are going up on Friday morning in time for registration and staying over Friday night. We are using it as a nice little get away before winter break next week with all the kids home from school .

I am sooooooooooo jealous. Having just recently moved, (1/15) I'm not involved at the new school yet. Y'all will have to post what great times you had at this, and help with suggestions.

Tim - I'm not trying to buck the system, I just can't do it this year. Hopefully next year! I'll be happy to help you plan one if you want to do Houston next year.

Lets see our elementary school is k-4
and our middle school is 5-7
I am the pres of the middle and the vice pres
of the elementary. I am coming along with my
treasurer from the middle school. We are
driving to Philly - its about a 5 1/2 hour
drive.
