School starts tomorrow and I have yet to do anything! I like the popcorn idea too - now I need to find out how many teachers we have (we just hired a few more)

I just did packs of microwave popcorn (purchased at our local warehouse store) with the msg:
The PTA's just "popping" in to say: Welcome Back!
