I think it is a common problem but I have found that it isn't a big thing for our group. When we need help they are there...I guess I don't see the real importance of having them all there asking for money of whatever. We do have three staff reps and the principal at our meetings, I feel if we have to beg dont bother coming because you are being pressured. just me and for the record I think we have a great relationship.

How do we get more teachers to sign up at membership? Anyone have any suggestions. Last year we had less than 1/4 of the teachers become memebers its very disheartening when we do so much for them and they can't even donate a $1.00
Do other schools have this problem?
