Good for you! Stand your ground!

If you know other children on the bus, talk to them and their parents and get them to write letters about the incident and any other problems they have had on the bus. Document any other problems you have had.

Good luck and follow Shawn's advice.

My child was assaulted by a bus driver and they told me if I filed charges against the driver they would file false charges against my son. Well I filed charges and when I went a step further and filed a grievance 2 days later charges were filed against my son. They are afraid we will sue so they are doing any dirty thing to stop the suit. The driver had a prior assault citation so they knew he had a violent nature and they hired him anyway. The town I live in is small and politics is the name of the game. Can't trust the local attorneys or DA so what do you do?
