Having Staff Appreciation Meal donated?

For the past few years we've done pot luck each day of that week from parents and volunteers. I just thought it would give everyone a break if we could get even 1 day catered like that. Thanks everyone.

We've coordinated parents to bring in food for the luncheon. We have lots of wonderful cooks who love the opportunity to whip up something yummy for the teachers.

I am actually sending out letters to a few of our local restaurants asking for donations. The PTO is poviding the sandwiches but I am asking for side dishes or desserts. We have about 75 to serve so thats quite a bit.

We normally get our food from a local deli who gives us a whole spread at a discount. However I do know that both Outback & Long Horn do food donations for organizations. They both come to us for another organization and cook burgers and chicken sandwiches. Your best bet would be to call or go and see the manager to see if they can accomodate you.
