Request for what -- we have two things we do...a request form for appreciation events and then a Request for Support form that the teachers use if they are asking for something that requires PTO funds. Let me know which one and I'll be happy to zap you a copy....d
Do any of you have a copy of a teacher request form? I would like to ask the teachers to fill out a request form and have it to me 1 week before our monthly pto meeting, this way the board can go over it and if there is a qustion I can go to the teacher before hand.
