Same here.... I LOVE the principal and staff at my child's school! It's possible that by showing respect and appreciation for their efforts, they may show more appreciation for yours.

I agree, I am thrilled with our staff and our administration. They bend over backwards for us, so we do the same for them.

I am much more inclined to "see the other side" when you can explain your responses intelligently, and without profanity,

wow! You certainly feel strongly about the subject. We have a great staff and principal and I enjoy showing them my appreciation. I wish we could do more.

When is principal appreciation day? We've never done anything for our principal other than the offical Teacher Appreciation Week in May.
