I think if I had this chance The number one thing I would ask is "How do you feel about Family Involvement and what are you willing to implement as a Principal to increase this at our school?"

Also along that line I would want to know how they feel about staff attending and taking part in pto functions. One problem I see at my school is that there are PALS events and then School Events...no Together events. Looks kind of seperate. So what are they willing to help this work better?

My PTO co pres and I have been asked to serve on the selection committee for the new principal at our large K-gr2 elementary school. Any suggestions about questions and qualifications to look for. This is a first for me so any help or experiences you can give me would be great.
