Help!
5 weeks into school, after squashing every idea we have had and completely disregarding our bylaws at every turn, our Principal has decided without notice that our school does not need a PTO and has "disbanded" our organization.
According to our bylaws we are a separate organization, can she do this?
What are our recourses?
Can we form a new PTO independent from the school?
