Any suggestions to make this a smoother transition for all. In the past the find-raisers, field trip and how money is spent has been different

Merging Schools was created by Cardinalparent
Our two district elementaries will merge nexy year. We are combining the PTO's next month. Any voting suggestions? In the past there were so few parents wanting positions that anyone that wanted it just said they would do it.
